How We Generate Revenue

Revenue is generated through three B2B and capital channels:

• 1.MyVill Compliance Engine™ — a B2B SaaS toolkit that licenses our production COPPA 2.0 / KOSA compliance infrastructure to other platforms.
• 2.IP Licensing — licensing of our patent portfolio to device manufacturers, EdTech vendors, and social platforms.
• 3.Strategic Investor Capital — funding the MyVill hardware ecosystem, launching in 2027–2028.

Our Founder

MyVill was founded by Lisa Marie Carrion, a Purple Heart military spouse and grandmother of eight based in Fort Payne, Alabama. The founder independently designed, built, and patent-prepared the entire platform without engineering staff or legal counsel, using AI-assisted development tools. As of this filing, MyVill has secured 5 provisional patents covering 15 COPPA/KOSA child-safety claims, and 42 additional claims spanning the hardware device ecosystem and supplemental software innovations.

Lisa was recently selected to the Founders Institute Defense and National Security 2026 Cohort and the 1752 Ignite Cohort, where she is focused on refining MyVill's dual-use hardware-software deployment roadmap. MyVill, LLC is registered as a federal government contractor, and the company is actively scaling its enterprise licensing operations to include federal procurement channels.

MyVill's commercial timing is anchored to a single, dated regulatory event: the U.S. Federal Trade Commission began enforcing the amended COPPA Rule on April 22, 2026 (89 Fed. Reg. 16979; Federal Register, April 22, 2025). The amended Rule imposes new verifiable parental consent, data minimization, biometric data, and third-party SDK obligations on every U.S. operator of a website or service directed at children under 13, and on every general-audience operator with actual knowledge of child users.

Enforcement is real and material.
